The operator does not enter into direct contractual relations between the customer and the professional and is not liable for the quality, course, or fulfillment of agreed services, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Registration and User Account

• The user is required to provide accurate and complete information upon registration.
• The user is responsible for keeping their credentials secure from unauthorized third parties.
• Professionals and creators are responsible for holding all necessary copyrights and licenses for photos, videos, and content uploaded to their portfolio or listings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly forbidden to publish content that violates applicable laws, copyrights, public decency, contains profanity, or constitutes unsolicited advertising (SPAM).

5. Final Provisions
